Who Mens Network is for

Mens Network is a platform for adults aged 18 and over.

By using mensnetwork.global or our Nexus directory, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Our directory is not designed for or marketed to children. Listings on Mens Network describe activities, communities, and services intended for adult participation.

Why this matters

Mens Network is built for adult men. The groups, activities, and conversations it connects people with are adult in nature. This is not a safeguarding formality, it is what the platform is.

The Online Safety Act 2023 places duties on services in scope to assess risks to children and take steps to keep them safe. Our position is to be an 18+ platform, with clear age statements, no features designed to appeal to children, and no content categories aimed at or appropriate for children.

If we believe a user is under 18

If we become aware, or have reason to believe, that a user is under 18:

• We will suspend the account pending verification.
• We will not contact the user further until we have confirmed they are 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's response if the matter requires it.
• We will delete any personal data we should not be holding, in line with our Privacy Notice.
• We will report content involving children to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a child has registered or submitted data to our site, please email safeguarding@mensnetwork.global and we will act on it promptly.

Reporting

If you have concerns about content on our site relating to children, including content that promotes harm to children, please report it via our Acceptable Use Policy reporting channels, or email safeguarding@mensnetwork.global directly.
