What this is

The short version of how we expect people to behave on the platform. Listing organisations, finding groups, posting reports, getting in touch.

The legal contract is the Acceptable Use Policy. This is what's underneath it. Same rules, different register.

What we believe

This platform works because it gives people accurate information. An organisation that misrepresents itself breaks that. A man who manipulates listings wastes the time of other men. A listing on a crisis route that becomes an advert could harm someone.

None of that is complicated. It is just: be straight, do what you say you do, and don't use a place meant to help people as a way to take advantage of them.

  • Men should be able to find what exists without being treated as a target.
  • Organisations listed here should be honest about who they are and what they offer.
  • People using the platform are adults. We treat them that way.
  • Crisis routes are not advertising space.

What we ask of you

If you are looking for a group or service:

  • Verify details directly before showing up. Call, email, check the organisation's own site.
  • Trust your instincts. If something feels off, contact the group, contact us, or both.
  • If you see something wrong, report it. Reporting routes →

If you are listing an organisation:

  • Keep your listing accurate. If something changes, update it within 5 working days.
  • Don't make claims you can't back up.
  • Don't use the platform to collect data on people, or to contact men outside the scope of your listed activity.
  • If you operate in a sensitive category (SUPPORT, RECOVERY), follow the additional standards in our Safeguarding Policy.

If you are interacting with anyone else on the platform:

  • Be honest about who you are.
  • Don't post anything you wouldn't want said back to you.
  • Don't pretend to be us, or to be endorsed by us.

What we will do

  • We read reports and we act on them.
  • We don't track you on SUPPORT pages. We don't put adverts on SUPPORT pages.
  • We don't sell your data.
  • If we get things wrong, we say so.

What we won't tolerate

Anything covered in the Acceptable Use Policy §1 and §2. Specifically: fraud, harassment, content that promotes harm to children, content that promotes suicide or self-harm, attempts to compromise the platform's security, and using the platform to harm rather than help.

We remove. We restrict. We refer to law enforcement where the law requires.
